Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging (for damaged items)

  • Photo of the packing slip (for missing items)

  • A short description of the issue

📦 Note: If only the outer packaging is damaged but the product is intact and functional, the item is not eligible for a refund or replacement.


Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven't received your package:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier first and file a claim.

  2. Once you receive confirmation from the carrier, forward it to us at support@benmila.com.

Please note: Claims filed more than 7 days after the marked delivery date may not be reviewed.


Order Modifications

Need to change something in your order (like the shipping address, size, or quantity)?
You can submit changes within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be processing or shipped, and we may not be able to make adjustments.


Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
After that, your order may already be on its way, and cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
